I am an at home mum, married with 3 children, a dog, some bearded dragons and a stupendous view over the North of Dartmoor in Devon, UK.
When I was 40 years old I had been backwards and forwards to the doctors for the previous two years trying to find out what was wrong with me. After being sent away I have lost count of all the times being practically labelled a hypochondriac, I was diagnosed with MS when I caught on camera a vertical nystagmus which finally got me an MRI revealing the undeniable lesions in the brain and spine. Me and my family are just going through the huge adjustment that this requires and as a personal therapy I decided to blog about it and share my interests in exercise, alternative therapies and spiritual stuff and to also see if any of it helps this disease which at the current time of writing has no cure. I hope you want to join me on my journey and see what I discover.
